My first studies were media/film related (BA Media Arts, Royal Holloway, University of London). Following that, I worked as a film editor for a few years. But something was missing.

So I went back to studying, Psychology this time (PgDip in Psychology, London Metropolitan University). Following that, I attended a 4-year professional training course in Gestalt Psychotherapy (
Gestalt Foundation). Nothing was missing anymore.

I've worked as a counsellor for parents and kids/teens in Mazi gia to Paidi (a non-profit organisation for children in need). And I've also provided individual and group counselling and psychotherapy sessions for K.E.F.I. (a non-profit organisation for cancer patients). My areas of special interest include: chronic diseases/loss, eating disorders/body-image, feminist and LGBTQI, anxiety/panic attacks and relationships.

Gestalt, which is my guide through all this, is an existential psychotherapeutic approach with various influences, from Kierkegaard to Buber, from Reich to Jung and Zen Buddhism. It is an approach focused on "here and now". It encourages us to observe our personal processes, find ways to accept but also to change our realities.

I work privately in Athens and I also offer Skype sessions with people living outside Αthens or abroad. I offer sessions both in Greek and in English. Each session lasts 60 minutes and the prices range depending on income.
